sick sick....

didn't go for KB this thursday.... saw the doc before i came into the office... had a bad migraine and was throwing up... not sure what happened to me... went to see my family doc and doc said i'm perfectly alright... esp when i didn't eat anything unusual the night before... maybe due to stress.... emotional stress... mental stress... he's not sure... he asked if i've been very stressed out at work and i said ok leh... work has been busy but not until the idea of being stressed... family? ok leh.. all things are pretty ok... then he felt maybe i am undergoing stress but i dun notice it myself and told me to take a good rest... gave me mc and some anti puking medication.... but ended up i still went to work... had to complete my report for friday's meeting... and it proved that work was definitely something to lift my spirits up... though india had issues and all, but overall, things were ok....

told jason that i'm not attending kb and he was rather concerned that i need to have some proper rest and sort things out before going back to KB. nope, i'm fine... perfectly fine other than some puking... but it's good to know somebody cares... hehehe.... :o)
