When it rains, it pours...

This time round, I hope the rain just stops here and i get a sunny day the next day...

went for an interview today... it's a marketing and business development position with XX resort.. honestly i dun remember when i applied for it.. dun even have a JD to begin with... anyway, just did my normal round of preparation.. psycho myself that i'm the best for the job..

so finally when i reach there.. u gotta fill in some long long form which could possibly be your another resume...then get to meet the managing director of the resort... guess what..after introduction.. he asks.. can u speak chinese... can do u the interview in chinese? oh god, help us.. managing director of three huge resorts and he can't speak english... oh well, what to do, you can't walk out now.. so in my stammering non chinese style chinese, i start conversing in chinese with occasional words of english.. and the assistant managing director asks me questions in english.. how bizarre is this??

the best is yet to come... he finally tells me this position that is open is one for a secretary.. not executive!! at that moment, i felt like walking out of the door.. come on, u dun need to hire a secretary like me... and besides i dun want to be a secretary! BAH!!

so finally i steer the interview towards its end.. he says he will call me tomorrow to let me know the result... god, i dun want this job.. even if i want it, it's bcos of the money... on my way home, i got trapped at the bus stop cos it's pouring heavily!! man, let the rain stop there!!!
