shitty work.....

sigh... work can be tedious.. my dearest team of resource managers.... we work as a team.. why do we have to end up doing things on our own.. things are tough now and our future with the company is no something which we can control.. somehow this is very frustrating... i guess we all understand each other's problems with the system.... so why can't we just share our problems and try to solve it? move forward step by step, it makes our lives easier and more bearable... the way we are now, just simply indicates that we arrive each week for the meeting but after the meeting, we are individuals working on our own stuff... but deep down you guys know this is not the case, we gotta work together to solve problems, to ensure that our guys reach the each other's destination safely and punctually in order for the project to go smoothly.. we also need to ensure that the positions are met with the right people within the region.. that we do not need to go look for ppl in other parts of the world.... incurring more costs on each other's managers... why can't we just sit down and share what's going on? something for sure that we know.. the head can't make it.. she's got no experience in resource management and she doesn't know what we are talking about.... she's picking up things slowly but not fast enough to catch up with us... sigh.. pls... work together... we need to strive this together!!
