A good lesson learnt...

Went out with the guys for dinner tonight.. me, XX, YB and Andy.. supposed to be a drinking session but because Andy didn't want to go drinking and I had some office work to do.. so ended up in Chinatown market.. eating lots of food... we had chwee kuay, zhu chang fen, bak kut teh, fried dumplings and even glutinous dumplings.. had fun eating and eating... of course, one would feel guilty about eating so much carbs.. ;o)

SoXX wanted to go meet his friends for drinks while the three of us were heading home... in the end, XX changed his mind and decided to drop us at our homes and of course, me and YB were thrilled...

For those of you who do not know the Chinatown market car park, it has a long spiral pathway down from the car park.. one way down and one way up... It's a dizzy way down, going through close to 4 to 5 rounds of the spiral... and guess what.. by the time, we nearly reached the end of it... ahead of us was a car, coming up!! OOPS!! we took the wrong way down.... and we are blocking other cars who wanted to come up..... XX had to reverse his car up the spiral pathway which was truly a difficult task... YB offered to go down and help to guide XX and his car up again... Sitting in the front seat, I could feel how two of them couldn't trust each other.. while YB was confident in guiding XX, XX seemed apprehensive in accepting the instructions. It takes a lot of mutual trust to do that. Eventually, YB took over the steering wheel and with XX's instructions, the car safely reached the deck and not a single scratch on the car... phew! What an eventful night!
